| Clarification Note: | The proponent shall submit the following details for processing of CFO application: 1. As per CFE vide order dated 20.07.2021 the quantity of Pre-processing of hazardous waste and non-hazardous materials is 150 TPD, but as per application 50 TPD and the same may be clarified. 2. As per earlier application dated 17.06.2021 the project cost of the project was Rs.638.4 Lakhs, but as per the application submitted as Rs.213.71 Lakhs and as per the CA certificate submitted gross block of the fixed assets as on 31.12.2023 is Rs.113.71 lakhs. The same may be clarified. 3. As per the application the name of your product is hazardous and non-hazardous waste reprocessing activity for that you have submitted saw dust/ Bagasse as a raw material the same may be clarified. 4. Water consumption, waste water generation, treatment and disposal details (ETP details). 5. Sources of air pollution and its control equipment details. 6. Liquid/solid hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste generation and its disposal details. 7. Compliance of the conditions of schedule -A & schedule -B of CFE order dated 20.07.2021. 8. The storage details of the liquid/solid hazardous waste. 9. Details of the greenbelt development. |
