The industry has obtained CFE of the Board vide order dated 20.07.2021 for the line of activity of Preprocessing facility i.e., Preprocessing of Hazardous waste and Non-hazardous waste materials - 150 TPD capacity. Now, the industry has applied for part production i.e., 50 TPD only. This office has raised clarification for certain details but, the industry has not submitted the required information i.e., Water consumption, waste water generation, treatment and disposal details (ETP details) and also not submitted Liquid/solid hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste storage facilities for the part production. The industry has also not submitted compliance of the conditions of schedule -A & schedule -B of CFE order dated 20.07.2021. Hence, the application is herewith rejected with an advice to apply for appeal by submitting required information. |
