As per the application, the proponent proposed to transfer saw mill unit existing place to new place i.e. establish the saw mill/timber depot at Sy.No. 283/A/1/1/1, Ambala (V) Kamlapur (M), Hanumakonda District. At this present location, the unit is considered as a new unit in the proposed location. As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order dated 29/30.10.2002 in writ petition (C) No. 202 of 1995, no permissions being issued for new any Saw mills, veneer and plywood industry. |
