M/s. Al Khadeer Enterprises has applied for Consent for Operation (CFO) for Re-Processed Plastic Granules at Plot No. F - 24 & F - 25, IE Shivareddypet, Vikarabad (M), Vikarabad District with an investment of Rs.11 Lakhs under Orange Category.
In this regard, this office officials has inspected the site on 13.02.2024 and observed the following:
1. The industry has obtained CFE of the Board vide order dated 09.06.2023 for Re-Processed Plastic Granules at Plot No. F - 24 & F - 25, IE Shivareddypet, Vikarabad (M), Vikarabad District. Whereas, the industry has installed the Plant & Machinery in another site i.e., Plot No. 18 &19, IE Shivareddypet, Vikarabad (M), Vikarabad District.
2. As per CFE order Dt.09.06.2023, the industry was permitted for dry recycling of plastic waste without washing. However, the industry has installed equipment for washing of waste plastic and not provided any wash water treatment system.
Hence, the CFO application of the M/s. Al Khadeer Enterprises, Plot No. F - 24 & F - 25, IE Shivareddypet, Vikarabad (M), Vikarabad District is herewith Not Considered and the industry is directed to apply for the CFO through a Fresh application for the present location i.e., Plot No.18 &19, IE Shivareddypet, Vikarabad (M), Vikarabad District after dispensing with Washing equipment or providing suitable wash water treatment system.
You may also note that there shall not be any activity without obtaining CFE / CFO of the Board, as required under Sec. 25/26 of Water Act and 21/22 of Air Act, which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
