Kothur Logistics Park Private Limited has six
blocks A, B, C,D, E and F. Construction is
going in a phased manner. We have taken park
level CFE and Blockwise CFO for Built up area
and common utility services within the Park.
M/s . Fosroc Chemicals India Private Limited is
the occupier/client of Block D.
M/s. Fosroc has obtained CFE for products/
process and they will obtain CFO for products /
process based on their activity.
Now, We have applied Block level CFO for the
Built up area & common STP. |
