1. The proponent has submitte land document and CFE application, mentioning Sy no 158/AA,158/E/2/2,158/U & 158/E/1, JEEDPALLY, Kalwakurthy, Nagarkurnool District whereas in self certification it is mentioned as Sy no 140, Malkapur village, Khila Ghanpur, Wanparthy. Hence, proponent shall submit self certification as per the land document.
2. The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs. 11,575/-.
