1. The proponent has submitted land document with mentioning Sy no 614/AA/2, 615/EE/1/2, 615/E/1A, 615/E/1, 615/AA/2, 614/AA/1/12, 614AA/1/1/1, 615/E/2 & 614/AA/2 and application mentioned as Sy No. NH-44 LHS whereas in self certification mentioned as Sy no 614/AA/1/2. Hence, proponent shall submit self certification .and CFE application as per the land document.
2. The proponent has submitted lease deed for 1 year only whereas it has to be for 7 years. |
