| Clarification Note: |
1. The proponent shall submit self-certification on Rs.100 Stamp paper as per the Tsipass act.
2. 1. The proponent has submitted lease deed land document by mentioned Sy No. as 1098//1/2, 1098/, 1098//1/1/1/1, 1099/11, 1099/1/1, whereas in the application, it is mentioned as Sy No. 1098/RU/1/2, 1098 U, 1098A/1/1/1/1, 1099U/1 1, 1099A/1/1,. Hence, the proponent shall submit corrected registered lease deed land document as per application.
3. The proponent shall submit the capacity of Oil Fired Furnace along with APCE details.
4. The proponent shall submit EMP report including details of water consumption, waste water generation, its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment and its control.
5. The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs. 68,000/-.
