Sir, you have applied for RMC plant in GO Ms.111 area in which standalone RMC plants are not allowed. You are requested to clarify whether the plant is standalone plant of captive plant. In case of captive plant, you are requested to submit the undertaking from the construction project stating that the RMC plant is under the management of the project and the project proponent would be held totally liable for any violations or non-compliances if noticed. You are also requested to submit the site plan of RMC plant with GPS coordinates of each corner of the proposed site with total area and built up area and also CFE order of the construction project along with above clarifications for further processing of your application. |
