As per process flow chart, self certification document, Raw material & products details submitted in the application by the proponent, the line of activity seems to be engineering and fabrication (dry process without any heat treatment / metal surface finishing operations / painting) and as per CPCB categorization it comes under White category and no consents of PCB is required for White Category industries, only information to this office is suffice. But, as per application the proposed line of activity is Automobile servicing, repairing and painting and category is Orange and which is contrary to the above. Hence, the proponent shall clarify about its line of activity and submit detailed process description. |
