| Clarification Note: | 1. The proponent shall submit corrected self-certification with both the Sy No mentioned in the application. 2. As per the siting guidelines criteria for parboiled industries the area required for your production capacity is 8 acres land. But the proponent has submitted land document in the name of SRI VIGNESHWARA INDUSTRIES is 2 Ac 10 gts only, which is not sufficient. 3. The proponent shall submit land document in the name of SRI VIGNESHWARA INDUSTRIES or G MADHUSUDHAN REDDY with Sy no 503/A1 whereas the proponent has also submitted patta document in the name of B. Maniamma with sy no 503/A1 which cannot be considered. 4. The proponent shall submit water consumption, waste water generation its treatment systems and solid waste generation and its disposal details. 5. The proponent has to submit ETP design details. 6. The proponent shall submit source of Air Pollution, its control equipment & boiler & DG set capacity details. 7. The proponent has to pay balance consent fee of Rs. 8100/-. |
