| Clarification Note: |
1. The proponent shall submit land documents.
2. The proponent shall submit under tanking letter on Rs.100 Stamp paper commiting that the purification of water will be only for drinking purpose not for industrial.
3. The proponent has mentioned sy no 306 whereas in self certification it is mentioned as Plot no 49, 50 & 51 of Sy No 306. Hence, the proponent shall submit application as per the land doucments.
4. The proponent shall submit proper quantities of water consumption, waste water generation its treatment and solid waste generation and its disposal, source of Air Pollution control equipment & its control measures.
5. The proponent has to pay consent fee of Rs 13,600/-. |
