Sir, as per the application form, you are propsing for establishing mechanized laundry with oil fired boiler but as per the process flow chart you are proposing for dry cleaning which involves solvents (not submitted the details of quantity of solvents handled) and distillation which is categorized under Red category, Hence you are requested to clarify on the line of activity. In case of mechanized laundry being the line of activity, you are requested to submit the details of boilers with fuel and air pollution control systems, waste water generation& treatment, hazardous waste generation & disposal and ETP/STP details, certifed site plan with total area and built up area details along with GPS coordiantes of each corner of the site, land documents of the lessor and registered lease deed for further processing of your application. |
