I• As observed from the Topo & Site plans the proposed site is near to the human habitation i.e Maddikunta Village is about 100 mts away from the proposed site.
• The unit should not be established in residential area or close to sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools, Zoological Parks. As the proposed site is close to Maddikunta Village and the industry is pollution potential from air pollution point of view, there is likely pollution problems to the surrounding area.
In view of the above, the industry’s CFE application is herewith Rejected for the above reasons.
