As per CPCB category of industries, your proposed line of activity I.e Vegetable oil manufacturing including solvent extraction and refinery / hydrogenated oils having waste water generation 100 KLD and above falls under Red category. Bur, you have wrongly applied under Orange category for the line of activity Food and food processing including fruits. Further, proper site plan which included building plan is not submitted. Hence, and you are hereby requested to re-submit the application under Red category along EMP, with above & also pay fee under red category for further processing of the application. |
