After careful consideration and scrutiny of the application, the following is observed:
1. The proponent has not submitted EMP pertaining to existing & expansion production of e-waste, water consumption, wastewater generation, solid / hazardous waste and its disposal details, list of machinery & its capacity details, etc.
2. The proponent has not submitted details pertaining to detailed process involved in precious metal recovery along with mass balance & reactions involved, wastewater generation, ETP capacity & design, etc.
Hence, the CFE for Expansion application of the M/s. Recytronics Waste Solutions LLP, Sy.No.96/Part/C, Patelguda, Mangalpalle (V), Ibrahimpatnam (M), Rangareddy District is herewith Not Considered.
The proponent may appeal on the above observations duly submitting compliance report through TS-iPASS Portal.
