The Regional officer was requested by mail on 02.04.2024 to submit the history of compliance on the industry since inception as per MS Note orders within 2 days for taking further necessary action. The RO has submitted report on 08.04.2024 without history of compliance.
In this regard, a mail was again communicated on 22.04.2024 to submit report duly inculding "history of compliance" for taking necessary action. Till date the report is not received, hence the application is herewith returned to RO with a request to resubmit the report with history of compliance of the industry for taking further necessary action. |
