Sir, as per the documents submitted and as per the location of the site (Velmela village) falls within 10 Kms radius of Osman Sagar and Himayatsagar Lakes. As per the G.O.Ms.No.111, Dt.08.03.1996, the Government has prohibited polluting industries within 10 KMs radius (i.e, both on upstream and downstream side of the lakes) to prevent acidification of lakes due to air pollution. Hence you are requested to apply for another sites except within 10 KMs radius (i.e, both on upstream and downstream side of Osman Sagar and Himayatsagar Lakes.
