Sir, manufacturing of formaldheyde and synthetic resins falls under the Category 5(f) ‘A’ as per the Environmental Impact Assessment notification dated 14th September, 2006 and therefore, unit requires obtaining Environmental Clearance. Hence you are requested to submit the EC, submit the EMP with STP capacity and details of waste water treatment and disposal details, ETP details, boiler/thermic fluid heater details with air pollution control details, pollution load details and process emission control equipment details for further processing of your application. |
