The industry has applied for CFO for Expansion of the Board for Husk Fired Thermic Fluid Heater of capacity 20 Lakh K.Cal/hr.
After careful consideration and scrutiny of the application, the following is observed:
1. The industry has not submitted compliance to the Directions issued vide Order, dt:10.02.2024.
2. The industry has not submitted action plan pertaining to change in boiler fuel from husk to CNG/PNG.
3. The industry has not provided shutter / enclosure to the husk shed which is causing dust emissions to the surroundings.
Hence, the CFO for Expansion application of the M/s. Shrinath Rotopack Private Limited, Plot No.20, IDA Mankhal, Maheshwaram(M), Rangareddy District is herewith Not Considered.
The proponent may appeal on the above observations duly submitting compliance report through TS-iPASS Portal.
