| Clarification Note: |
1. The proponent has applied for CFE of the Board for production of Diesel Exhaust Fluid under Green category whereas as per CPCB categorization the activity falls under Orange Category. Hence, the proponent has to apply under Orange Category.
2. The proponent has not mentioned H.No 3-41 in self- certification which is there in the land documents and in the application submitted by the proponent. The proponent shall also clarify whether it is in middle of the residential area or not as it is mentioned as house number i.e., H.No 3-41 & 3-42.
3. The proponent shall submit the details of waste water generation & its treatment system i.e., ETP details (which is mandatory), Solid waste generation & disposal and source of Air Pollution, its control equipment.
4. The proponent shall submit nalla conversion permission letter.
