After careful consideration and scrutiny of the application, the following is observed:
1. The proponent has not submitted EMP pertaining to existing & expansion production of e-waste, water consumption, wastewater generation, solid / hazardous waste and its disposal details.
2. The proponent has not submitted details pertaining to detailed process involved in precious metal recovery of Gold & Palladium along with mass balance & reactions involved, wastewater generation, etc.
3. The proponent has not submitted details pertaining to amount of precious metal recovery of Copper, Gold & Palladium from 1 MT of processing of Printed Circuit Boards and its wastewater consumption & generation for calculation of ETP capacity.
4. The proponent has proposed 8 KLD combined ETP for treatment of effluents generated from e-waste recycling, battery recycling and plastic recycling units. However, the characteristics of effluents pertaining to 3 industries are different.
Hence, the CFE for Expansion application of M/s. Z Enviro Industries Pvt. Ltd., Sy.No. 106, 107 & 104, Pulimamidi (V), Kandukur (M), Rangareddy District is herewith Not Considered.
