| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry shall submit the details of Hazardous Waste disposal to TSDF / Cement plants for co-processing /AFRF facilities since commercial production.
2. The industry shall submit details of built-up area for existing and expansion capacities, including detailed layout plan for
a. plant & machinery,
b. storage area for raw materials,
c. storage area for products,
d. storage area for waste / residue generated and
e. Utilities and other requirements.
3. The industry shall submit the details of the Air Pollution Control Equipments for existing and expansion capacities for the Working Stations, Shredders, PCB recycling machine etc.
4. The industry shall submit compliance of existing CFO conditions. |
