The Member Secretary, Telangana State Pollution Control Board (formerly A.P. Pollution Control Board) had issued a circular Memo No.10/PCB/CFE/RO&ZO/2000-86, dated 19.04.2001, directing this Office not to accept any application of the industries which falls in the Catchment area of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes. Hence, the CFE Application is not considered. If the Project is Captive Purpose, then apply for CFE throuh TSOCMMS.NIC.IN under Red Category. |
