After careful consideration and scrutiny of the application, the following is observed:
1. The proponent has not submitted condition-wise compliance to the CFE Not Considered letter, dt:11.06.2024.
2. The proponent has not submitted details pertaining to detailed process involved in precious metal recovery of Gold along with mass balance & reactions involved, wastewater generation and disposal, etc.
3. The proponent has to submit EMP mentioning individual quantities of wastes to be recovered within the premises i.e Gold (PMR), Plastic granules and wastes which are proposed to be disposed to authorized recyclers / reprocessors i.e. Aluminium, Ferrous, Mild Steel, Copper, Mixed metals, Waste oil, etc and waste which is proposed to be disposed to TSDF like PU foam, etc.
4. The proponent has submitted EMP in which individual quantities of metal waste generated (Aluminium, Ferrous, Mild Steel, Copper, etc), PU foam, Mixed metals, Plastic granules, Waste oil, etc is not submitted. However, the same is required for EPR submission in CPCB portal.
