The location of the industry i.e., Peddatopra is located within 10kms radius of Himayatsagar and Osmansagar lakes. The Member Secretary, Telangana Pollution Control Board (formerly A.P. Pollution Control Board) had issued a circular Memo No.10/PCB/CFE/RO&ZO/2000-86, dated 19.04.2001, directing this Office not to accept any application of the industries which falls in the Catchment area of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes. Hence, the CFE Application is herewith not considered. |
