after scrutiny of the application, it was observed that, as per sale deed submitted,the proponent has purchased the industry of Rs.3.60 Cr. But, the proponent mentiond the total investemnt as Rs. 1.15 Cr in the application instead of Rs 3.60 Crores. Therefore , you are hereby directed to resubmit the application for the investment of Rs 3.60 Cr and to pay CFE fee accordingly as per the investment of Rs 3.60 Cr which is mandatory for further processing of the application |
