Sir, It is to submit that M/s. Tianish Laboratories Private Limited, Unit-7 (Formerly M/s Mylan Laboratories Ltd, Unit-7 ) Plot No. 13, 14, 99 & 100, Phase-II, IDA, Pashamailaram (V), Patancheru (M), Sangareddy District has already obtained CFE (CPM) vide order dated 12.12.2023 but the industry mistakenly again submitted application for CFE (Change of product mix) instead of applying for CFO (change of product mix). This office raised clarification clarification stating that the industry has submitted duplicate application whereas the industry has resubmitted the application stating that " Instead of CTO application wrongly selected CTE, again fresh application submitted & received CTO, kindly ignore/delete this CTE application". Hence it is requested to close the loop as the industry has already obtained CFE(CPM) vide order dated 12.12.2023 and subsequently obtained CFO (CPM) vide order dated 24.03.2024.
