Sir, as per the Board siting guidleines, for the given paddy of 84 TPD, the effluent generation should be 89 KLD and the industry should own minimum land of 9.9 (Ac 9-36 Gts) acres whereas the industry has submitted land documents for Ac.5 -13 Gts and the shall procure additional land of Ac 4- 23 Gts for further processing of your application and the industry shall submit the comparative statement of exisitng CFO order and CFE(Exp) application with respect to production,water consumption & waste water generation, boiler details and hazardous waste, submit exsiting CFO order for further proessing of your application. |
