1. The industry has obtained CFE for manufacture of “Plastic containers and Jerry cans” under Green Category. Whereas, during inspection it was learnt that the industry has proposed “Dry offset printing” activity also on the plastic items like buckets, containers, etc which falls under Orange category.
2. During inspection, it was observed that the industry has not installed any plant & machinery for manufacturing activity.
After careful scrutiny of the application & documents submitted by the proponent, the CFO application of the M/s. P V N Industries, Plot No. 31/2, Sy No. 186 & 189, IDA Mankhal, Mankhal(V), Maheshwaram (M), Rangareddy District is herewith Not Considered. |
