After careful scrutiny of the application & documents submitted by the proponent, the Board has not considered the CFE Application for the following reasons:
1. The proposed RMC unit is located at Plot No.A-17, Road No.13, IDA Nacharam, Medchal - Malkajgiri District and is a distance of about 160 mtrs from Raheja Vistas Apartments.
2. The proponent has not submitted any air pollution control measures which are proposed to control dust emissions to the nearby residential area.
Hence, the CFE application of the M/s. Shree Cement Limited, Plot No.A-17, Road No.13, IDA Nacharam, Medchal - Malkajgiri District is herewith Not Considered.
The proponent may appeal on the above observations duly submitting compliance report in the form air pollution control measures proposed to control dust emissions of through TS-iPASS Portal.
