The industry appealed the CFO Application by submitting the lease deed.
After careful consideration and scrutiny of the application, the following was observed:
1. The industry shall submit the compliance of the Board Directions dated 11.05.2023 along with photographs of the corrective measures taken.
2. The industry has not submitted registered lease deed for a period of 7 years.
In view of the above, the CFO application of the M/s Mansan Trexim Pvt Ltd. (Formerly Hyderabad Plywood Industries Pvt Ltd), Plot.No.A-4/1, IDA Nacharam, Nacharam (V), Uppal (M), Medchal-Malkajgiri District, (TS-iPASS) is herewith not Considered.
The industry may appeal on the above observations duly submitting the above through TS-iPASS Portal.
