As per process Raw material & products details mentioned in the application, your activity is Tyre Puncture works. But, as per application the application you have selected Tyres and tube retreating (without boilers) as your line of activity under Green category and which is contrary to the above. As per CPCB categorization of industries, Tyre Puncture works is not covered under any category (Red, Orange, Green & White) of industries and hence no consents of the Board is required for Tyre Puncture works. In view of the above, the proponent shall clarify about its line of activity and submit detailed process description. |
