Ref:- i) Tsipass Application No UID No : SML0250036138191 ii) Query dt. 25.07.2024 *** With reference to the subject cited, it is to inform that we have applied for CFE through Tsipass for establishment of our Project at Plot No. 4, TGIIC Food Park, Banda Thimmapur village, Mulugu Mandal, Siddipet Dist vide Ref. i) cited under “Orange Category” for manufacturing of Tutti Fruiti Query raised in TSIPASS, to submit the details of waste water generation and treatment, disposal and source of energy, fuel and air pollution control measures and their control equipment. In response to the above query, we submit the following and process flow chart 1. We will be using Unripe Papaya is Raw materials 2. Boiler 1.00 Ton capacity using briquettes and stack height 30.50 mtr , dia. 500mm 3. Installation of RO water plant with a capacity of 2000 litres per hour Process of Manufacturing : Process 1 – Collection of Raw Papaya Process 2 – Washing Process -3 –Peeling and cutting of unripe papaya Boric Process-4 – Blanching and pricking Process- 5 – Soaking in Sugar Syrup Process 6- Seasoning Process 7 – Cleaning and Drying Process 8 – Cooling and Packing Cond…2 : 2 : We are using the following machineries for manufacturing process  Papaya peeling machine  Papaya slicing and cubing machine of SS with double roller and SS hopper  Boiler for heat steam  Stainless steel working tools and kettles  Weighing scale  Heat sealing machine Waste Water Generation and Treatment Process:  RO water for washing will be used and after process will be treated in ETP of capacity 10 KL per hour  No other waste generation in process.  Treated water in ETP will be using for internal irrigation  Boiler 1.00 Ton capacity using briquettes and stack height 30.50 mtr , dia. 500mm  Installation of RO water plant with a capacity of 2000 litres per hour We request you kindly give us permission CFE “Orange category “ in TSIPASS.
