As per the records, there is an existing industry i.e., M/s Mainikona Foods is located at Plot No. 78 Part/B, IP Kucharam, Sy. No. 228/9, Kucharam Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Medak District and obtained CFO of the Board, for which Plot No. and address you have applied for CFE of the Board. Two different activities are not permitted to establish at the same address. As per the documents submitted, the proponent shall comply with E Waste Rules i.e., the minimum area required to treat 1 Ton/day E Waste is 500 Sq. mtrs. In view of the above, the application is rejected at prescunity level. |
