In water: activated carbon filter is used to remove unwanted colour, odour present if any present in the water Etp water balance : in 15 KLD capacity Water evaporation in sludge drying bed 25-50 litres Water return to equalization tank : 50-100 liters Dry Sludge : 1-2 kg sludge per day Treated clear water : 14 KLD 1 -2 kld for washroom , floor cleaning 12-13 kld in process washing This treated water can be reused in washing plastic recycling. 2 kld -3KLDof fresh water will be added to our requirement ESTP Operation Manual, Puretech Water Report, ESTP Schematic Diagram, ETP Layout and CFE Conditions Answers Attached
