On verification of the documents (uploaded) and again going through the records of the Board, it is observed that the industry has already CFE was issued to the principal owner i.e., M/s. Fateh Poly Plast, Plot No.100, Sy.No.188 & 191, IP Mankhal (Phase – II), Maheshwaram (M), Rangareddy District vide order dated 16.07.2020 for manufacture of Plastic components to the tune of 98 TPM and the same is in the force and not surrendered CFE.
A principal owner allotted documents the activity permitted only “mfg. of Plastic Injection Moulding (Plastic Chairs, Plastic Mugs & Plastic Buckets)”. But, the proponent has applied for ‘Recycling of Plastic Waste”. Hence, the proponent needs to obtain permission from TGIIC activity change.
