| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry shall submit condition wise compliance report on existing CFO order issued by the Board & also on CFE (Expansion) point wise with 6 montly production details.
2.The industry shall submit details of 6 months waster consumption, Waste water generated, solid/Hazardous waste generated, flow meters provided etc.
3. The industry has paid CFO fee of Rs.1,44,000/-. Actual CFO fee of Rs.1,80,000/- or one year period under Red category with the investment of Rs.16 Cr. Hence, the industry has to pay balance CFO fee of Rs.36,000/-. |
