The industry shall submit the following details :
i. One year details of production, water consumption, waste water generation & solid & hazardous waste details along with disposal options.
ii. Latest financial statement for the current year or CA certificate for calculation of fee and shall submit latest fee paid receipts.
iii. Details of segregation of effluents into LTDS & HTDS effluent separately for the past 6 months.
iv. Details of HTDS effluents to the MEE system send to M/S. JETL, Jeedimetla for a period of maximum 15 days in a calendar year i.e. during maintenance /break down of stripper, MEE & ATFD system and shall maintain records.
v. Latest leak detection and repair study (LDAR) to access the solvent losses.
vi. Performance evaluation of ZLD system to this Regional Office, Nalgonda regularity.
vii. Details of the Spent Sulphuric Acid of capacity 0.622 KLD send to M/s Kandanelly industries Pvt Ltd, Kandanelly (v), pedamull (M), vikarabad district duly following six copy manifest system.
viii. Re-validate Bank Guarantee of Rs. 3 lakhs which expired in Nov,2024 towards commitment to comply with Board conditions / directions at RO, Nalgonda.
ix. Details of source of starting raw material / intermediates for each product –wise which needs to be submitted to R.O., Nalgonda regularly.
x. Details of Environment statement in Form V to the Regional office before 30th September.
