Sir, as per the compliance report, you have not obtained NOC from the CGWA, you have not installed of scrubber for the R&D activity, 2 TPH coal fired boiler was permitted vide CFE order but as per the compliance report you have not installed the boiler, not installed energy meters to the air pollution control equipment and not installed water meters for assessing the water consumption and waste water generated& disposed and also not submitted the balance sheet/CA certificate duly declaring the gross fixed assests without depreciation. Hence , you are requested to submit the above documents for further processing of your application. |
