After detailed discussions, it is recommended to Reject the CFE application of the industry for the following reason:
• As observed from the Topo & Site plans the proposed site is near to the residential zone.
• The unit should not be established in residential area or close to sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools, Zoological Parks. As the proposed site is 10 meters away from Gurjal Village.
• Hence, the industry is pollution potential from air pollution point of view. There is likely pollution problems to the surrounding area.
In view of the above, the industry’s CFE application is herewith Rejected for the above reasons.
