It is to inform that, the MA&UD Dept., Govt. of A.P. vide G.O.No.111 M.A., dated: 08.03.1996, stated “to prohibit polluting industries, major hotels, residential colonies or other establishments that generate pollution in the catchment of the lakes upto 10 km from the Full tank level of lakes” i.e. Himayathsagar&Osmansagar lakes.
