The unit shall submit following.
1. Date of Establishment and Operation of the plant.
2. Undertaking on Rs.100/- Stamp paper stating that “No vehicle water servicing and no waste water discharge from the servicing centre’
3. CA certificate clearly showing the fixed asset values of Land, Building & Machinery)
4. Registered land documents in the name of applicant.
5. Site plan, Topo plan, GPS location.
6. Process description & Flow chart.
7. Details of Water consumption & Waste water generation.
8. ETP details.
9. Solid waste generation and its disposal details.
10. DG Set details if any.
11. Violation fee to be paid as per Circular Memo No. TSPCB/CFO/HO.2023, Dt:15.08.2023.
