The proponent has submitted application under Orange category with line of activity as 'Engineering with painting activity'. As per the process flow sheet submitted, painting activity not involved. The proponent shall clarify the same. if panting is involved, air pollution control equipment proposed for the same.
The proponent shall clarify whether any heating process / source is proposed, if any, air pollution control equipment proposed.
Also not submitted waste generation & disposal details.
The proponent shall pay balance CFE fee of Rs. 25,400/- under Orange category for both Acts.
