The industry shall submit Compliance of CFO order Dt: 27.11.2019, Latest CA certificate and shall pay balance total CFO fee of Rs.77,055/- (CFO fee for 10 yrs period of Rs.74,250/- and CFE fee Rs.2,805/- for increased project cost of Rs.17.53 Lakhs) under Water & Air acts under Orange category on the project cost of Rs.110.0 Lakhs.
The earlier project cost was Rs.92.47 Lakhs whereas the present project cost applied is Rs.110.0 Lakhs. Hence the difference CFE of Rs.2,805/-for the increased project cost Rs.17.53 Lakhs shall be paid.
