The industry shall submit condition wise compliance report to CFE Order.
Actual CFO fee of Rs. 1,78,900/- for a period of 1 year 6 months i.e., from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2027 against investment of Rs. 29.82 Crore under orange category for air and water acts along with CFE differential fee of Rs. 10,000/- on increased investment from Rs.28.82 Crore to Rs. 29.82 Crore (1.0 Crore).
But, your industry has paid Rs. 20,000/- only.
Hence, your industry has to pay the balance CFE / CFO fee of Rs. 1,58,900/-.
