This is w.r.t. your application, it was observed that the proposed site falls within 10 KMs radius of Osmansagar & Himayathsagar lakes which attracts G.O.Ms.No.111, dt:08.03.1996, according to which establishment of industries is prohibited.
Further, the Board has issued circular Dt.17.04.2001 directing not to consider application for establishment of Industries within 10 Km radius of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes which attracts GOMs.No.111 according to which establishment of Industries is prohibited within 10 Km radius of Himayathsagar and Osmansagar lakes. Hence the application returned.
