| Clarification Note: |
The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. As per application, the proponent has submitted water consumption of 28 KLD for soaking purpose and wastewater generation of 24 KLD from soaking operations. In this regard, the proponent shall clarify the proposed activity of the industry. If parboiled rice is proposed, the industry shall submit the details of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
2. If the industry proposes to manufacture steam rice, it shall submit the revised water consumption, waste water generation details.
3. The CFE fee against the investment of Rs.3.0 Crores under Orange category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs.45,000/-. The industry shall pay balance fee of Rs.35,000/-. |
