The industry shall submit condition wise compliance report to CFE Order.
Actual CFO fee of Rs.1,58,000/- against investment of Rs.3.5 Crore (As per the CFE Order) for a period of 5 years i.e., from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2027 under Orange category for air & water acts.
But, as per the TG-IPASS Website your industry has paid CFO fee of Rs.50,000/- only. Hence, your industry has to pay the balance CFO fee of Rs. 1,08,000/-.
The industry shall also paid CFO violation (Penalty) fee of Rs. 63,200/- for 4 years period i.e., operating without obtaining CFO of the Board.
Hence, the industry has to pay the total fee of Rs. 1,71,200/-. |
