Sir,in the earlier clarification, it was requested to submit the latest site plan duly mentioning the exisiting and proposed total area and built up areas demarcating the existing and proposed crusher areas, submit latest self certification form mentioning the expansion details, submit registered land lease deed and also submit a consolidated comparative statement with details of exisiting and proposed raw material, products, water consumption and waste water generation & disposal details, solid waste generation and disposal details and existing CFO order condition wise compliance but you have resubmitted the application without submitting the documenst sought in the clarification. Hence, the application is rejected at pre-scrutiny level with a request to apply again by submitting documents sought above. |
